If you purchased your Savira plan directly on our website and the money-back option was shown during checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund if you did not see visible results — provided you meet all of the following criteria:
Once we receive your refund request, we will review your application and notify you by email within 14 business days whether your request has been approved.
Important: Only fulfilment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full voluntary refund. Refund requests based on personal or financial reasons that are unrelated to the program results are not covered by this policy.

You may cancel your Savira subscription at any time by contacting us at support@savira.fit. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Access to your Savira plan is granted immediately upon successful purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your personalized program. There is no physical product — delivery is digital and instant.
Generally, fees paid for Savira plans are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as described in Section I above or as required by applicable law.
