Money-Back & Refund Policy

Section I: Money-Back Policy

If you purchased your Savira plan directly on our website and the money-back option was shown during checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund if you did not see visible results — provided you meet all of the following criteria:

  • You contacted us within 30 days after the purchase, and
  • You have followed the program for at least 14 consecutive days.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your application and notify you by email within 14 business days whether your request has been approved.

Important: Only fulfilment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full voluntary refund. Refund requests based on personal or financial reasons that are unrelated to the program results are not covered by this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at support@savira.fit with the contact support form and include:

  • Your full name and the email address used at purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Evidence that you followed the program for at least 14 consecutive days (e.g., screenshots, logs, or a brief description of your experience).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Savira subscription at any time by contacting us at support@savira.fit. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Delivery Policy

Access to your Savira plan is granted immediately upon successful purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your personalized program. There is no physical product — delivery is digital and instant.

Section II: General Refund Rules

Generally, fees paid for Savira plans are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as described in Section I above or as required by applicable law.

Regional exceptions:

  • Residents of California and Connecticut have three (3) business days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • EU residents have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, provided that access to digital content has not yet begun.
