By creating an account or using any part of the Savira platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Savira is a digital nutrition and wellness application that provides personalized calorie and macro tracking, AI-generated coaching feedback, and educational content. The service is provided for informational purposes only. Savira is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program.

Savira is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Results may vary.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One account per person. You may not share your account credentials.
• Savira is currently available in the United States and internationally where not prohibited by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Hotmart buyer portal or by contacting us at support@savira.fit. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, except as described in our Money-Back Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Savira for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription.

All content within Savira — including the brand name, logo, interface design, written content, AI coaching models, and nutritional data — is owned by Savira or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

When you submit information to Savira (food logs, measurements, messages), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data. You can delete your content at any time by deleting your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savira and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Savira in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Savira provides nutritional guidance for informational purposes. We are not liable for individual health outcomes.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Savira at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect paid features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or in-app message for material changes. Continued use of Savira after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Florida, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
