Savira is built on the principle that your health data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
Account information
When you create a Savira account we collect your email address, name, and the password you choose. If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Apple) we receive only the profile data that provider shares with us.
Health and nutrition data
To personalize your plan we ask for your age, biological sex, height, weight, and health goal. We also store the foods and meals you log, your calorie and macro targets, and any progress measurements you enter.
Usage data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the app — pages visited, features used, session duration, and device type. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve the product.
Payment data
Purchases are processed by Hotmart. Savira never sees or stores your card number or banking details. We only receive a confirmation that a transaction was completed.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health information for advertising purposes.
Service providers
We share data with a limited set of trusted vendors who help us operate Savira: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Hotmart (payments), and Anthropic (AI coaching). Each vendor is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Savira, our users, or the public.
Business transfers
If Savira is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
We keep your account and health data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@savira.fit. We will respond within 30 days.
Savira uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent some features from working correctly.
Savira is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Savira after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
